A man's ego is between his legs. What is done to his genitals will be reflected in his mind.

The male's Mistress Owner ordered he be surgically demasculinized. This is a common procedure for elite Femdomonomic surgeons.
Mistress Owner required that the male being conscious during the procedure. The emotional impact will force the male to see his literal impotence. As a mere object, he can be modified. His shape and physiology are subject to the wishes and whims of Mistress Owner.
The anesthesia will block all sensation. Otherwise, pain would override the experience. Most likely he would faint from intense agony.
The male's eyes will be forced open. His head locked in a vice. It will be impossible for the slave to look away.
Witnessing his body's alternation, dismemberment and desexualization will be the most profound experience of his life.
The male will be permitted a week to recover from shock. Thereafter he will be one of the most obsequious men alive. Total emotional surrender to Mistress Owner's desires, make his body almost an extension of her mind.
Her other slave's will see his altered state. Fearing the same fate, their homage and service will be as flawless as it should be.
Some Femdomosophic thinkers believe this will be the normal state of men after the worldwide triumph of female supremacy.
